Fast and healthy tomato soup

How about a bowl of hearty soup on a cold winter day? We recommend a tasty Rio Fusion juice tomato soup!

INGREDIENTS:
1 l Rio Fusion tomato juice, 2 tbs olive oil, 0.5 ts ground cinnamon, 3 tbs powdered sugar, Vegeta seasoning to taste, ground black pepper, croutons, grated cheese.

DIRECTIONS:
1. Pour Rio Fusion tomato juice into a saucepan, add 2-3 tablespoons of powdered sugar, stir and bring to the boil. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and ground black pepper.
2. Stir, turn off the heat, and add Vegeta seasoning or just salt. The soup needn’t be thickened with a roux.
3. Serve with croutons and grated cheese.
